Product features and process introduction

2. Equipped with automatic overpressure protection function, automatic shutdown due to overpressure; Equipped with over temperature automatic protection function, automatically shuts down when over temperature occurs

3. 6 microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration membrane elements can be selected, and the membrane elements comply with FDA, 3-A, and USDA hygiene standards, with strong anti pollution ability and stable flux

4. Using domestically produced high-quality multi-stage vertical centrifugal pumps, the feed/circulation pump provides pressure and flow for the membrane components. The pump works stably, has reliable performance, and strong corrosion resistance

5. The system is equipped with an automatic protection device and an emergency stop button. When pressed, the equipment will immediately stop and enter standby mode when reset

6. If the membrane pressure is higher than the set value (the parameter can be adjusted, such as setting 0.8MPa), the system will be protected and automatically shut down with an alarm

7. When the material temperature is higher than the upper limit set value or lower than the lower limit set value (the upper and lower limit parameters can be adjusted), the system will be protected and automatically shut down with an alarm.
