Inorganic composite membrane module
Product Information
Product Introduction
Inorganic composite membrane components are pressure resistant shells assembled with inorganic composite membrane components. They are assembled with materials such as the shell, internal connectors, end plates, and sealing rings. Depending on industrial production needs, different specifications of membrane component shells can be used to achieve centralized loading of inorganic composite membrane components with different outer diameters and areas. The filling area of a single membrane module ranges from 0.02 square meters to 40 square meters. The external design and sealing design of membrane components are crucial for the operation of ceramic membrane complete systems. According to different application environments, the supporting materials and shell materials used in membrane components mainly include metal materials such as stainless steel, titanium, carbon steel, or polymer materials such as polyvinyl chloride. In the design and manufacturing of membrane components, it is usually necessary to consider loading membrane elements with larger membrane areas per unit volume of shell, in order to reduce equipment volume and improve the processing capacity of the complete set of equipment.
